Hold off on the hoots & hollers of excitement, because all this seems to mean is that he has to supply references & academic records before he gets presented to the Executive Hiring Board. If all the information gets back to them by Thursday, he will be presented at this weeks Executive Hiring Board meeting. We *MAY* hear something by the end of the week.
Holy hell. I have never heard of such a laborious hiring process before. All I can think of is that patience must be one of the top qualities they are after in an employee. Will keep you posted.
