Februarys Knitting Project

In sticking with my "thou must knit at least on thing a month" not-quite-News Years resolution, I have completed Februarys knitted thing. Actually it was complete a while ago, but as it was Kylies birthday present I didnt want to put it up here & ruin the surprise.
Now she has it firmly in her hands (& likes it, which is an added bonus), so here I present the birthday Klaralund.

Pattern taken from Cornelia Tuttle-Hamiltons Noro book & knitted in Noro Silk Garden (shade 232).

I just loved knitting this - the yarn provided interest as I knitted along & the pattern was simple enough that I didnt have to think & could just knit it anywhere. I have the feeling I am going to knit many, many more of these.
