And finally all the pieces start to fit together

Today was the day I finally gave up trying to find time to hand code my own webpage & made the (hopefully wise) decision to go with blogging software that could do it all for me. So, thanks Blogger, you've saved me from having to spend minutes every day chastising myself for spending yet another day doing almost everything BUT sorting out my website. Now I can spend those (now) guiltless minutes updating my blog instead of hitting myself with pointy sticks. I love it when a plan comes together.

I should also welcome you, whoever you might be. I'm not sure what you expected when you dropped in & I'm not sure where we're heading but you are whole heartedly welcome to drop by anytime you wish. The original intention of this blog - not unlike many other blogs I imagine - was to keep in touch with friends & family scattered about the place. NOT just to hear the sound of my own key strokes as many who know me may believe. A story about me (of course), my partner in crime & our adventures in our new home.

The more you read, the more you will realise I lean towards the verbose & have a tendency to ramble so you will end up with THE LOT, I'm afraid. The whole sorry story from the beginning to the end. As dinner is just about ready I will save you from any further carry on this evening.
